1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing merchandise, booking catering services, or attending any Shannon's Hot Dogs event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders & Payments

- All menu items, prices, and daily specials are subject to change without notice.

- Orders placed online, by phone, or in person are binding once confirmed.

- Payment is due at time of order. We accept cash and major credit cards.

- Prices range from $5.75–$9.25 for combos (subject to change).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Walk-up orders: No refunds once food is prepared.

- Catering: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

- Merchandise: All sales final unless item is defective. Exchanges within 14 days with receipt.

4. Event Participation

- By attending Shannon's Hot Dogs events (Big Truck Day, Fall Fest, Memorial Day, etc.), you consent to photography and video recording for promotional use.

- Shannon's Hot Dogs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

5. Weather & Closures

- Shannon's Hot Dogs may close early or cancel service due to extreme heat, storms, or other weather conditions. Announcements will be made on our social media channels.

6. Liability

- Shannon's Hot Dogs is not responsible for allergic reactions. Please inform staff of any food allergies before ordering.

- We are not liable for any injuries occurring at events or on premises.

7. Intellectual Property

- All content, images, logos, and branding are the property of Shannon's Hot Dogs by Crystal. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
